TRANSPORTATION

Specification Coordinator

Location: San Jose, California

Scope of Work and Requirements:
  • Develop and produce technical contract specifications for multidisciplinary Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build construction contracts in accordance with the project specific quality requirements.
  • Provide technical support throughout the bid-evaluation-award phase to interpret, clarify, and update specifications as necessary.
  • Provide review comments on design submittals to maintain consistency throughout contract documents.
  • Develop and maintain revision-controlled master specification library.
  • Assist in the preparation of program specification procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide training in specification writing to others as required.
  • Work in concert with project managers, design team and client to ensure appropriate application of contract specifications.
  • 8 Plus years of experience compiling, reading, interpreting, and applying construction specifications for large to mega transit projects
  • Strong background in a project construction and/or design environment
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint

Design Unit Engineer

Location: San Jose, California

Scope of Work and Requirements:
  • Candidate must have 5 Plus years of experience in architecture, structural or civil background and relevant design coordination process in a multi discipline environment.
  • Candidate must be highly organized and detailed-oriented with good communication and problem solving skills, hardworking and adept at balancing multiple priorities.
  • Responsible for coordinating technical meeting and minutes and tracking issues and action items.
  • Review drawings and models from different disciplines for consistency and interface points.
  • Research and document design requirements and assumptions from various multi discipline sources and agencies.
  • Assist with engineering design production and deliverables.
  • Assist with managing scope, schedule, and budget of tasks being performed by subcontractors.
  • Assist in the completion and execution of several varied assignments simultaneously.
  • Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Architecture, Engineering, or transportation related field, from an accredited University.

Track Access Coordination Manager

Location: San Mateo, California

Scope of Work and Requirements:
  • Undertake the day to day issues associated with work trains. Planning and implementing track access to the railway, to allow the construction team to carry out the work.
  • Auditing of Rule Book compliance.
  • Produce accurate train schedules for accessibility.
  • Partner with planners and Scheduling Manager.
  • Manage safety team competency audits.
  • Attend Track access planning meetings with TASI and Rail Operators.

Quality Improvement Coordinator

Location: San Jose, California

Scope of Work and Requirements:
  • Quality Improvement Coordinator provides support for QI activities and programs to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. The QI Coordinator will assist departmental programs and initiatives such as Process Improvement, Cultural and Linguistics, NCQA, Health Homes and Health Education.
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support for NCQA and Process Improvement activities.
  • Support the Health Homes Program by coordinating meetings, documenting workflows, maintaining meeting minutes, creating and reviewing reports, and providing other operational assistance as needed.
  • Track and input data into FSR and PQI database, generate PQI and FSR reports for the quality and organizational dashboard and organize and file paperwork related to cases.

Customer Service Representative

Location: San Jose, California

Scope of Work and Requirements:
  • Customer Service Representative I answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls to support Customer Service Department operations in a manner that maintains compliance with Medicare and Medi-Cal regulatory requirements and achieves Call Center service-level objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for client’s members and providers contacting the plan regarding general inquiries, concerns or requests for information.
  • Answer inbound calls and or place outbound calls in a high call volume environment and work directly with members and providers to accurately and completely answer inquiries involving client’s program services and benefits.
  • Educate members and providers on eligibility and medical and pharmacy benefits and how to access services in a manner that achieves excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Customer Service or Call Center role, preferably within a Health Care, Public Assistance or Human Services programs.
  • Prior experience with managed care plans, Medi-Cal and Medicare programs and working with underserved populations.
  • Bi-lingual skills.

Scope of Work and Requirements:
  • Will perform customer service functions for member services department.
